During the\nmeeting, the Company conveyed various positive achievements during 2023 and\nthe first quarter of 2024 and appointed a new Independent Commissioner.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>In 2023, the Company recorded a 57.62% increase in revenue to Rp 318.19\nbillion compared to the previous year. Net profit also increased by 94.30% to Rp\n4.83 billion. Another important achievement in 2023 was the establishment of a\nsubsidiary in Saudi Arabia with the aim of expanding service coverage and\nimproving the quality of service to pilgrims.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>During the first quarter of 2024, the Company recorded revenue of Rp\n306.06 billion, an increase of 190% from the same period last year. Net income\nalso experienced a significant increase of 150%, reaching Rp 9.90 billion. This\nachievement was mainly driven by an increase in hotel room management which\nrecorded revenue of Rp 274.78 billion.<br><br>The worship travel industry to Saudi Arabia is showing very positive\nconditions, as seen from the surge in the number of Umrah pilgrims during the\nmonth of Ramadan and the Hajj season. This has a direct impact on the\nCompany\u2019s financial performance which continues to show growth. Lalamentik, an Indonesian citizen aged 61, domiciled in\nJakarta, has extensive experience in finance and Audit. He retired from OJK in\n2020 and currently also serves as the Chairman of Commissioner and Audit\nCommittee in several companies.
