PT Arsy Buana Travelindo Tbk (tick code \u201cHAJJ\u201d), a leading company in the field of Hajj and Umrah travel service providers, through the company\u2019s subsidiary in Saudi Arabia, Arsy Buana travelindo LLC (ABT Hospitality) announced a partnership with BPKH Limited, a subsidiary of the Hajj Financial Management Agency (BPKH), in the management of 2 hotels in Mecca and\nMedina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
At the international Islamic Expo (IIE) 2024 which took place at the Jakarta Convention Center on Friday, July 26, 2024, ABT Hospitality and BPKH Limited\nsigned a contract to manage two hotels: Anshar Golden Tulip Hotel in Madinah\nand Hilton Convention in Mecca. The potential contract value of the hotels to be\njointly managed is SAR 43 million, or IDR 183 billion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Anshar Golden Tulip Hotel is a 3-star hotel with 725 rooms that can\naccommodate 2,800 pilgrims, focusing on serving the Umrah season, with a lease\nduration of 3 years. While Hilton Convention Mecca is a 5-star hotel with an\nallotment of 200 rooms capable of accommodating 600 to 700 pilgrims, located\nclose to the Grand Mosque. This contract comes into effect on 1 Safar 1446 H or\nAugust 5, 2024. ABT Hospitality with expertise in the hospitality industry in\nSaudi Arabia, will act as the manager and marketer of the 2 hotels that have been\ncontracted by BPKH Limited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Director of BPKH Limited Sidiq Haryono, stated that this investment is the\nresult of BPKH Limited\u2019s collaboration with ABT Hospitality in Saudi Arabia.\n\u201cThis investment will not disrupt the market for hajj and umrah industry players,\nbut will actually facilitate access to rooms for the umrah and hajj industry in\nIndonesia,\u201d said Sadiq.
