He earned a Diploma from the State College of Accountancy in 1995. He has served as Commissioner in PT Arsy Buana Travelindo Tbk. since 2022 based on Deed Number 50 dated June 24, 2022.
Currently he also serves as Director at PT Anugrah Teguh Pratama since 2009 and as President Director at PT Madinah Iman Wisata since 2016. Previously he was a Civil Servant at the Ministry of Finance (1995-2015).

Indonesian citizen, 61 years old, domiciled in Jakarta. Mr. Sammy T. S. Lalamentik retired from OJK in 2020, and currently he also serves as Commissioner at PT Kredit Rating Indonesia since 2020 until now, serves as Independent Commissioner in 3 (three) companies namely PT Super Energy Tbk since 2020, PT Perdana Karya Perkasa Tbk since 2020 and PT OSO Sekuritas Indonesia since 2021, and he also serves as a Member of the Audit Committee in 2 (two) Companies namely PT Avia Avian Tbk since 2021 and PT Nusantara Raya Sejahtera Tbk since 2023.
He obtained his Diploma III degree from the State College of Accountancy (STAN), Jakarta, Indonesia (1984).
He attended specialized training on Professional Training Program for Financial Analysts Chartered IPAF Indonesia & AIMR USA (1991), International Corporate Finance New York Institute of Finance, New York USA (1992), Credit Risk Modeling International Faculty of Finance, London UK (2003), Corporate Governance Accounting Standards JICA Bapepam (2005), Financial Services Sector Supervisor Certification (FSS) Level 2 (2018).
