Sujung Tanoedji
Member of Audit Committee
Sujung Tanoedji was appointed as a Member of the Audit Committee through Appointment Letter No. SK-003/ABT/VII/2024 dated July 19, 2024. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics majoring in Accounting at HKBP Nommensen University Medan and graduated from the Faculty of Law majoring in Criminal Law at Christian University of Indonesia Jakarta. He is also a Finance Professional with diverse exposure in the Accounting/Finance Area and with the ability to manage multi-country assignments as well as being able to handle changing roles and industries.
Successfully executed organizational transformation, commercial excellence & project digitization in complex environments. Experienced in Financial Controls & compliance, Risk Management and Taxation.
Armet Firza
Member of Audit Committee
Armet Firza diangkat sebagai Anggota Komite Audit melalui Surat Pengangkatan No. SK-003/ABT/VII/2024 tanggal 19 Juli 2024. Beliau merupakan Sarjana Akunting dari Universitas Bandar Lampung pada tahun 1992 dan mendapatkan gelar PPAk (Profesi) dari Universitas Indonesia pada tahun 2005.
Pengalaman bekerja beliau sebagai Assistant Accounting Manager di PT Hanggar Mitra (1996-2003), Senior Consultant di PT PT Osha Indonesia (2003-2006), Senior Auditor I di KAP Grant Thornton Hendrawinata, Gani, Hidayat dan Rekan (2006-2011), dan Supervisor di KAP PKF – Paul Hadiwinata & Rekan (2011-2015).
