Land Arrangement / LA is the travel arrangement for the pilgrims during the Umrah service. Land arrangement or often referred to as handling is the process of managing Umrah pilgrims while in the holy land which includes: arrival pick-up, transportation arrangement, hotel check-in, accommodation services while at the hotel including consumption, assisting Umrah worship activities in the holy land (Muthowif) until the return of the congregation.

As for the supporting facilities provided by Arsy Buana Travelindo apart from getting a guide in worship, the Company provides a transmitter (voice receiver) where this tool serves to provide important information from Muthowif to the congregation to make it easier for the congregation when performing worship such as during Thawaf and Sa'i.
